Scotland Outdoor Centres Boost

Scottish wintersports and mountain biking centres have recently benefited from £35.7m of grants in the latest round of the Scottish government's Rural Priorities scheme. A ski complex in Newmilns, Ayrshire, and a woodland mountain biking area in Grantown-on-Spey are among 300 projects to benefit. Since the scheme's launch in 2008, some 4,850 rural projects have received a total of about £378m. more... |
