Interview with Dougie Finlay, TUI

Dougie Finlay is Managing Director of TUI's Student Travel Division which includes 22 specialist companies including World Challenge, JCA dventure, Adventurequest and SkiBound. In this interview he talks about future plans for expanding his division beyond the UK and the way that his division is giving young managers the chance to grow their career within outdoor adventure and educational travel. Dougie Finlay was one of the keynote speakers at Careers In The Outdoors 2010 which took place within The Outdoors Show at the NEC, Birmingham last month.
